Female Bosom

As a stimulus I employ the shape, the sinking curves, confusion and duality between figure and ground. The subject and the image are blended in an abstract image. The theatrical aspect of the explicit figure behind the curtain, creates a dramatic play of shadows. The feminine body triumphs in an orthogonal and regulated world. The simplicity of the image removes the objectivity of its likeness. A tangram-style puzzle of female sillhouettes is revealed by the breast, a creator of form, symbol of life, and insignia of womankind.
